NOTE: i`m back so yall join my new contest ok!!!! ok here`s the deal  layout theme is  really cute backgrounds  so you can submit any layout with any kind of cute pattern on it like hearts, cupcakes, stripes, frogs, or whatever else. All layouts must be submited by  april 27th and the 3 winners will be anouced on   april 30th. The 1st place winner will recive a first place banner with their sites name on it, i will subscribe to their site, I will use the layout on my site untill the next contest winner is chosen (and i`ll let everyone know who made it), and they will be put on the winners list. The 2nd place winner will recive a second place banner with their sites name on it, I will use the layout on my icon site untill the next contest (and of course i`ll tell people who made it). The 3rd place winner will recive a third place banner with their sites name on it. RULES 1. NO JOCKING!!!!! 2.  you may only submit 2 layouts per person. 3.
